I absolutely cannot stand this place. About 10 years ago I started coming in and I spent 5 years purely using their seed and their entire year program. My yard had never looked worse and I finally just had to stop. Once I switched back to crappy Home Depot typical brand stuff, my yard popped back up to looking fantastic. I decided to open an email the other day and saw that they had a product that was supposed to kill Bermuda and zoysia. So I drove 20 minutes to go get that product. Turns out that it is non-selective and will kill literally every single thing it touches. And nowhere does it say that in the email about what it does and how to use it. I killed off my entire yard over 10 years ago for an entire summer to kill Bermuda and it is finally started coming back so I was very excited to find a product that would get rid of it. I honestly can't understand why they would have a product that specifically says it's for Bermuda and Zoysia if it's literally just an "I kill everything" poison.

I called Grass Pad Olathe in need of sod this morning. They went the extra mile and were able to help me out, making sure I would be able to get everything I needed and that it was fresh. Thank you guys and Jeanette, I appreciate it. I will come back for my next round when I need plants and support this business.

We decided to try the Grass pad program, we applied each bag of product as directed during last year. Our lawn actually became worse with tons of dandelions and weeds this spring, as well as showing yellow patches. We used to have a complete green lawn and just wanted to upkeep it. Not sure what happened with their ingredients but it didn't do anything to improve the lawn but made it worse. I wish we could have known and able to get a refund.

Amazing experience every-time time I come here. They were able to point me in the right direction from the start in getting the right chemicals to kill my weeds and crabgrass. Iβve followed their advice every step of the way and the results speak for themselves only two weeks after overseeding my lawn. The seeds and fertilizer are very high quality (TTTF in my case) so you will pay more than you would for the stuff you get at the big box stores; however itβs still a better value because there is no filler. They have a great selection of nice plants in their nursery as well!

Iβm not an outdoor person, but this place makes me feel like I can do a a lot of outdoor things. Their staff is always kind of friendly. I appreciate how they have people to load in heavy items into your car. I am using their program and have bought all the things I need and now Iβm saving hundreds of dollars in lawn care service by doing it myself if you havenβt visited, I highly recommend it. You can ask a lot of great questions about your lawn and you will get lots of good insights. Happy gardening.
